This is a 56 year old male who presents with left sided pressure like, nonradiating chest pain. What does the EKG show?
Rate: variable 50-80
Rhythm: sinus, irregular
Axis: normal
PR: progressive prolongation with associated dropped QRS
QRS: narrow complex
ST: normal
EKG diagnosis: sinus rhythm with Mobitz type 1 AV block
Clinical diagnosis: (Name 4 possible etiologies of this EKG)
-chest pain r/o MI (most commonly inferior)
