      PA and lateral view of a wrist. Tilting of the lunate into the palm seen
      on the lateral view. Capitate is positioned posterior to the lunate

. Diagnosis: Perilunate dislocation

2.How does this injury occur?

      Fall on an outstreched hand...causing an axial load or basically put hyperdorsiflexion

3. What complications can this patient expect?

      Carpal instability leading to early degenerative arthritis; Avascular
      necrosis; median nerve compression
