Rhythm:    sinus

Axis:    normal

PR:    0.10-0.12

ST:    T flat III, AVF, V3, V4, V6

QRS:     delta wave V3, V4, V5, V6

EKG Diagnosis: short PR with delta wave suggests Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW)

Clinical Diagnosis:  syncope due to WPW syndrome
