Rhythm: second degree AV block type II

PR: constant PR with dropped QRS every 3rd beat
ST: T inversion in I, AVL,
QRS: 0.08-0.12
EKG Diagnosis: second degree AV block Mobitz II
Clinical Diagnosis: syncope secondary to 2nd degree heart block
