A 70 year old female presents with 1 hour of epigastric abdominal pain, shortness of breath and diaphoresis. Her BP is 110/70 and RR is 16. You are working in a rural community hospital and initiate treatment based on EKG # 1. What does the EKG #1 show and what is your diagnosis?

Rhythm: sinus bradycardia
Axis: normal
PR: 0.08
ST: 3-4 mm elevation in II,III,AVF
QRS: narrow complex
EKG diagnosis: inferior wall MI
Clinical diagnosis: Acute inferior wall MI
Initial treatment: oxygen, aspirin, nitrates?, morphine?, thrombolytics, Do NOT give Beta blockers with pulse of 54.
EKG # 2 is obtained 1 hour after EKG # 1and initial treatment, now what should be your treatment if you have already not done this? Transfer to cath lab
