May 2010 EKG Case
A 29 year old woman presents with sharp pleuritc chest pain for 3 days.
She recently got over a “cold”.
Rate: 90
Rhythm: sinus
Axis: normal
PR: depressed II, AVF, V2, V3; elevated in AVR
ST: slight elevation diffusely
QRS: narrow
EKG Diagnosis: sinus with PR segment depression diffusely and PR elevation in AVR
Clinical Diagnosis: acute pericarditis
