A 43 year old man collapses on the street. He has severe shortness of breath and is brought to the emergency department. No history is available secondary to shortness of breath. He is cyanotic with a respiratory rate of 40, blood pressure is 60 mm Hg and he has a clear chest. He rapidly deteriorates before arresting in electromechanical dissociation.
