ST: T inverted in I, AVL, V5, V6; peaked T in V1-V4
EKG Diagnosis: Sinus with lateral wall ischemic changes, prolonged QT and peaked T waves
Clinical Differential Diagnosis: Lateral wall ischemia, hypocalcemia, hyperkalemia, drugs
